A particular focus is placed on young adults who have participated in college and career readiness programs in the region, but the platform welcomes all young adults of color who demonstrate an ambition to grow their careers, build stronger professional networks and seek support in doing so.
ConnextMSP engages young professionals of color, 18 to 26 years old, who are currently enrolled in a two or four-year degree seeking program, or in the early years of their professional careers.
The ConnextMSP Talent Network is a central hub where stakeholders, like colleges and universities, can connect young adults to professional-track careers. ConnextMSP activations are focused on engaging and connecting these young adults in three distinct areas:
